We accept Amex, Mastercard and Visa.
Ordering
Please use our order form if
possible - you can print it using your browser's PRINT option.
Make sure to include you name address and machine details. All goods are offered
subject to availability. We endeavor to dispatch parts in stock as soon as
possible. Please ensure you add the correct taxes, shipping and handling
charges.

Orders placed outside of business hours can be left on our answering machine.
Payment
Postal money orders, cashiers checks and credit card orders will
ensure prompt shipment of goods. We reserve the right to clear personal checks
prior to dispatch. C.O.D. is available on orders. C.O.D. charges will be added
to receipt. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars.
Returns
All claims must be made within thirty (30) days and must have verbal
or written authorization. Should you wish to return your goods we undertake to
refund your purchase price less 20% restocking fee (or allow the purchase price
as credit for exchange should you so request) providing the items are returned
in unmarked condition. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods
but items will not be accepted if returned after thirty (30) days. If the defect
complained of would have been obvious on receipt returned goods or faulty items
returned in marked or used condition will not be accepted.
If you are in doubt about the condition of parts received from
us, do not fit or use them on your motorcycle. Return them for our inspection.
If the items prove faulty full exchange or refund will be given. Do not send
returned goods C.O.D. Please pack items to avoid damage and obtain a receipt as
proof of posting before returning the goods.
Shipping
Shipment will be made by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise directed. UPS 2nd
Day Air and Next Day Air services are also available. Please note that UPS does
not deliver to P.O. box numbers. The U.S. Postal Service will be used where UPS
does not deliver.
