In addition to our comprehensive range of parts, we also provide
a wide range of services to the Norton owner. In fact - we do it all!
Front Master Cylinder Resleeving
Kit with installation - $195 (kit not available separately)
This kit greatly improves the stock front brake on a Norton. By
reducing the bore from 5/8" diameter to 13mm the fluid pressure is
increased. You will need to provide us with both the master cylinder and the brake lever.
Get rid of that wooden feel and have more bite up front.
Also recommended is to overhaul the caliper and check brake hose for
condition.
All work can be done at Fair Spares America, Inc.
Exhaust Port Repair - $105 per port
No welding involved. Hard aluminum insert screwed into head (must be original
threads that have stripped). Send your head to us to be properly repaired.

Cylinder Stud Repair - $35
Helicoil repair for pulled cylinder head stud thread. $35 for the first stud,
$19.50 for the second.
Tach Drive Modification - $35
Stop oil leaks on your right foot! Send your tach drive housing to us to be
machined and a proper oil seal fitted.

Gearbox Outer Cover Modification - $55
Stop oil leaks from the kickstart and gearlever shafts! Send your (pre-Mk3)
outer cover bare (leave in bushings) to us to be machined. We replace those
darned O-rings with proper oil seals (as per Mk3).
Isolastic Upgrade - $30
When converting your Isolastics to Mk3 specs the front engine mount needs
machining. If you do not have access to a lathe send your front engine mount to
us for alteration. The rear engine mount requires no modification.
Now available is a new type, (modified kit 06-6130), for the front
Isolastic where no machining needs to be done to the mount.
